Who We Are
At McGregor, we believe worship is a response to the WORD OF GOD. We worship God by remembering the Gospel of Jesus Christ through preaching, teaching, singing, praying, celebrating baptism, and communion.
Our Desire
Our desire as we gather together each week for corporate worship is to exalt the name of Jesus and edify the body (the church). We have three services in the in the Worship Center on Sunday mornings: at 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM, the service is choir and orchestra–led worship, and the 11:00 AM service is band–led worship. Occasionally, you will find that we one team lead all three services. Our goal in each service is to make much of Jesus through the means of music worship.
What we’re passionate about
Weekly corporate worship as a gathered body of Christ
Exalting the Name of Jesus through music worship
Growing in our understanding of Biblical worship
Singing TRUTH- singing the Word of God
Encouraging one another as we gather each week
Equipping the church with resources for their private and personal worship
Making Jesus the center of ALL we do
Singing songs that are “singable” for the church
“Human beings by their very nature are worshipers. Worship is not something we do; it defines who we are. You cannot divide human beings into those who worship and those who don’t. Everybody worships; it’s just a matter of what, or whom, we serve.”
— Paul David Tripp
